Commercial Litigation. I represent individuals and businesses in all facets of commercial litigation. Business Law. I help my clients form the business entity most suitable for them. Whether you are looking to form a Partnership, Incorporation, LLC or LLP, I will advise you as to how best situate yourself for success. I will also handle the preparation of all contracts, shareholder agreements, disclosures, and other necessary documents to protect your new venture. Estate Planning and Probate Administration. I help clients understand the different strategies available to plan for the orderly distribution of assets upon death, and draft all documents necessary to implement estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives.
