In my broad general practice, I handle:

Personal Injury

I represent individuals who have been injured due to the recklessness or careless of another, in cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, workplace injuries, dangerous and defective products, or the failure to properly maintain property. I work closely with my clients to help them recover for all losses arising out of a personal injury, including lost wages or income, medical bills, the costs of rehabilitation or physical therapy and pain and suffering.

All personal injury cases are handled on a reasonable contingency fee basis. If I fail to recover compensation for your injuries, I do not charge attorney fees.

Real Estate

I handle all aspects of real estate transactions, from the initial negotiations to the closing. This includes the review and preparation of all documents to complete the transaction.

Commercial Litigation

I represent individuals and businesses in all facets of commercial litigation including, lawsuits involving a broad range of business matters, from allegations of breach of contract to disputes involving partnership agreements or shareholder agreements. I prepare every case as if it will go to trial, however, I have extensive experience negotiating settlements, if that is in your best interest.

Estate Planning and Probate Administration

I educate clients regarding the various small estate planning strategies available and then draft the documents necessary to implement a plan to ensure the orderly distribution of assets upon death. I also work with families who have lost a loved one, helping them successfully navigate the probate process and settle the estate.
